Hi all! I hope those of you who celebrate Pesah are having an easy time with the preparations. I'm just about done here which leads to musing. Dangerous territory, that.
I've been a neglectful blogger and while I feel no guilt over it I'd like to do better. In that vein, if you have a topic you'd like to see me address, please leave a comment and let me know. I had one suggestion to talk about the ins and outs of dealing with multiples which I will address. Another asked for more Moroccan recipes.
Another reader suggested starting a new blog focusing on the Jewish holidays. While I'm not sure I want to have a second blog, I will write more on the holidays. I tend to think of things when I'm heavy in the middle of preparations. I'm already toying with Lag b'Omer and Shavuot ideas. We'll see how that works.
On the Pesah side of things, I've been cooking up a storm and utilizing my freezer. Four kinds of fish, lamb tajine and meatballs, beef t'fiya and meatballs, baked chicken, shreaded turkey, brownies, tishpisti (ground walnut cake), mandlebrot and rolls. A lot of yumminess awaiting the week-long holiday.
